Customer Service

EM will run a very detail project evaluation at the very beginning and offer a DFM report for customer further discussion, considering detail items about the mold design, part design improvement etc, then find a solution which makes customer most satisfied. EM also provide full 3D mold drawings and 2D mold layout for customer's approval. We offer mold trial and provide mold test samples for customer's final approval.

At the same time, we also can design mould according to customer's requirement, such as DME, HASCO standard. After the final approval on the mould by customer, we will pack the mould with standard exporting package to avoid any damage during the long distance delivery by sea or by air. And the necessary documentation and certification, and some spare parts will go with the mould. We also can provide the electrodes for the mould if customers request specially. Each mould components will be produced and inspected strictly according to separate standard drawing. EM also provide a full range of after-sale service to further guarantee customer's production, such as providing spare parts for replacement, assigning engineer to help customer better resolve issue, global partner at site for the direct service.
